These shampoos will cleanse your hair without stripping out the color. Also, limit washing to 2 to 3 times a week to keep your hair color looking vibrant.

Condition, condition, condition

Coloring your hair can cause it to become dry.  No one wants dry and lifeless locks. As such, you need to put moisture back into your hair. Make sure that you condition your hair every time you wash it. This will leave your hair softer and more manageable. Plus, it creates a protective barrier, which prevents your dye from washing out quickly.

Avoid overexposure to the sun
